The soap revolves around Nandini and Rahul Two young men who live in Kolkata.Rahul who is not married is an honest and modest man, despite having a wealth-based family. He is completely distinct from other members in his family.He is in love with his stepmother Rupanjana Debroy , who previously, in the guise of money, tried to blackmail his father to get him married. In contrast, Nandini is married and has a son, Jhumjhumi . She is a very loving mom and an extremely responsible woman.
