Two sister, Jeevika and Manvi live in Rishikesh along with their families. Beautiful, wise and righteous, Jeevika is a teacher at a nearby school. Younger, rebellious, and carefree, Manvi has just passed school. Chandrika Their grandmother gets a an engagement proposal from Jeevika in Vadheras located in Chandigarh. Jeevika is in love with Manan, the doctor. Manan but sides with Chandrika in spite of the feelings she has for Chandrika.
