She questions Kabir whether someone tries to murder her husband, would it qualify for an appeal to divorce. Kabir insists on end the marriage with Rukhsar immediately, however Kabir asks her to hold off for one time. Then, after Rukhsar returns home, Zeenat states she believes that Kabir is not able to divorce Rukhsar since there’s no evidence that she attempted to murder the man. She also says that Rukhsar was attempting to kill herself , however it isn’t a sufficient motive to get divorced.
