Unusual kidnappings are causing a storm in the city as an elderly man teenagers as well as a seven year old boy have been kidnapped and not even a call to pay ransom. However CID notice a pattern of kidnappings that are all occurring in areas that are geared towards children, and where clowns were in the area. In the nick of time, the man’s corpse is discovered dead. CID realizes that they are in the hunt of the psychotic serial killer that abducts his victims in the disguise of clowns. Are they able to put an end to this horrific act?
